Nothing about the year 2020 was usual as death toll mounted and disruptions created new normal due to the ranging pandemic, COVID-19. Families were left in shock and disoriented from the abrupt hospitalizations and deaths. The impact of COVID-19 presented many challenges with different levels of consequences and hardship.
